Capacity Building session on proper reception techniques. At the Executive Hotel Buea on Monday 21st August 2023. We delivered hands-on training on Guest reception and installation called G.E.A.R to more than 50 participants and trainees for over 4 hours. Attestations of training completion were also presented to participants.
