Hospitality Innovation and Leadership Forum (HILF) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization founded in 2018. It has focus on community enhancement, training, capacity building and projection of tourist resources in urban and local communities.

10 YEARS OF HOSPITALITY IDEAS, SOLUTIONS AND INNOVATION
Amir M. Adamu is a Cameroonian born Hospitality Scholar, Consultant, Founder and Executive Director of the Hospitality Innovation and Leadership Forum (HILF) a Non Governmental Organization aimed at enhancing customer service and promoting the cultural diversity of local and urban communities. He obtained a Higher Diploma in Management studies in 2012 from the Cambridge International College Buea, Cameroon before moving to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates where he obtained an MBA in Hospitality and Transport Management from the Westford University College. He began his professional career in hospitality with the Waldorf Astoria at the Dubai Palm Jumeirah Under the Hilton Hotels and Resorts portfolio before Moving to Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts. He is a Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) and has a number of articles and training manuals to his credit.
